We are actively seeking a reliable Company Representative to collaborate with us, particularly within the United States. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support to the company's needs.
* Act as a Nominee Director.
* Facilitate company registration (LLC, INC, and other types as required).
* Assist with company account registration.
* Offer personal and operational support to the company's partners.
* Procure board papers and follow-up reports.
Please note: Any material values registered by company orders, including prepaid accounts, bank accounts, LLC or INC formations, etc., are wholly owned by Maystone PLC. The employee is obliged to provide access to the company's accounts and has no authority to dispose of any funds without our explicit oral or written request.
The Working Process:
During your first month, you will complete a mandatory training course under the guidance of your personal supervisor. You will move step-by-step, from registering a company to opening accounts in necessary payment systems, and so on. All initial work will be done with direct support from our team, ensuring a quick and effective learning experience. Our workflow uses detailed instructions sent via email or messenger. As you complete each supervisor-led task, you will progress to the next. The training process is intuitive and adaptable, and our staff is always available for support.
Employee Expenses:
While some expenses (e.g., work-related travel hotel rooms) are paid directly by us, we ask you to track and report reimbursable expenses you pay yourself. We reimburse expenses related to:
* Business travel
* Relocation
* Education and training
* Banking fees
* Other business-related fees
All costs for company opening, maintenance, accounts, etc., are covered by Maystone PLC. We independently manage accounting and tax payments and cover costs for new registered company websites.
Work From Home:
Remote working is encouraged if your role doesn't require physical presence at our premises. When working remotely, please ensure you use a fast and secure internet connection and devices, and choose a quiet, distraction-free environment. For permanent remote roles, adherence to our security, confidentiality, and equal opportunity policies is essential, mirroring your office-based colleagues.
Training:
You will be provided with all necessary materials and direct access to our staff to ensure a seamless training process. Maystone PLC provides all required training and instructions free of charge.
